Are all helicopters inherently flawed in design?

Everything is flawed in design. Nothing is perfect. If they were buildings would never fall down, cars would never break, there would be little to no waste. THe fact that things are constantly being improved means that they were flawed to begin with, but since helicopters will fly way more often then they fail helicopters are good enough.
