Do all unproveable beliefs hold equal merit and equal fallacy?

In other words are all religions equal as they are all unproveable, or indeed equal merit with the flying spaghetti monster which also is unproveable. And in light of this (i.e. multiple religions holding equal merit) are all monotheisms inherently false, but that is two questions. go for it!!
