Using dimensional analysis, how would you convert square ft into square meters?

It's been a long time since I have had to work conversions. I need to convert 2106 squared ft into squared meters using dimensional analysis. It needs to go through inches, centimeters and then meters. When I multiply it out I keep getting 641 and the answer is 196, so I must be missing a key step. Any help is appreciated!
