I see atheists make a point to criticize Muslims and Christians, but rarely the Jewish religion. Why?

Theism is theism. The Jewish belief system is also no less likely to express intolerance. (source below) While no ethnicity is inherently deserving of criticism, many belief systems are. All baselss beliefs deserve criticism, no?
