Flower tattoos? What makes a good artist?

Check into the shops usually you can ask the artist to draw something up for you to see. Most already have work that they have done for you to see so ask to see that first to determine if you like their work. Just be sure you find a shop that is clean they should open the needle in front of you. Good luck!
